Lo que se queda en tu dispositivo

El sitio guarda en tu navegador tus ajustes de lectura, las lecciones marcadas y las puntuaciones de los cuestionarios. Esos datos no salen de tu dispositivo y nosotros no podemos verlos. Detalle completo y cómo borrarlos: Cookies y almacenamiento.

Lectura en voz alta

El botón «Read» usa las voces de tu dispositivo. Algunos navegadores ofrecen voces «en línea» (por ejemplo, las de Google en Chrome o las de Microsoft en Edge): con ellas, el texto de la página se envía a esa empresa para convertirlo en voz. Solo se envía el texto de la lección, nunca datos tuyos. Si prefieres evitarlo, elige una voz local en los ajustes.

Alumnado menor de edad

El sitio está pensado para alumnos de unos 9 a 16 años. No les pedimos ni recogemos ningún dato, así que no hace falta el consentimiento de madres, padres o tutores (art. 7 LOPDGDD).

Si un centro usa el sitio en clase, no tiene que dar de alta a nadie.

Transferencias fuera de la UE

GitHub, Inc. está en Estados Unidos. Está adherida al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. y usa cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.

Lo que no hacemos

No vendemos ni cedemos datos.
No hacemos perfiles ni decisiones automatizadas.
No usamos cookies, píxeles ni herramientas de seguimiento.
No cargamos nada de otros servidores: fuentes y programas están alojados en el propio sitio.

Enlaces a otros sitios

Algunas lecciones enlazan a otras webs (Tinkercad, BBC, Arduino…). Al abrirlas, se aplica su propia política de privacidad.

Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad de tus datos. Escribe a hola@rojoclassroom.app. Respondemos en un mes como máximo.

What stays on your device

The site saves your reading settings, ticked lessons and quiz scores in your browser. This never leaves your device, and we cannot see it. Full list and how to delete it: Cookies and storage.

Read aloud

The “Read” button uses your device's voices. Some browsers offer “online” voices (for example Google voices in Chrome, or Microsoft voices in Edge). With those, the page text is sent to that company to turn it into speech. Only the lesson text is sent, never anything about you. To avoid it, pick a local voice in the settings.

Pupils under 18

The site is made for pupils aged about 9 to 16. We ask them for nothing and collect nothing, so no parental consent is needed (Spain's data protection act, LOPDGDD art. 7).

A school using the site in class does not need to register anyone.

Transfers outside the EU

GitHub, Inc. is in the United States. It takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

What we never do

We never sell or share data.
No profiling, no automated decisions.
No cookies, pixels or tracking tools.
Nothing loads from other servers: fonts and code are hosted on the site itself.

Links to other sites

Some lessons link to other websites (Tinkercad, BBC, Arduino…). When you open them, their own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to get a copy. Write to hola@rojoclassroom.app. We answer within one month.
